Conclusion
With the assistance of the pedagogical concepts of Constructive Alignment and Universal Design for Learning, this module has described the “Where” (Everywhere! in all components of teaching) and “How” of Accessible Education (FAVE: Flexibility, Alignment, Variety, and Explicitness).
The 3 application-based modules that follow will work their way through the life of a typical course to illustrate how these principles of Accessible Education can be incorporated into course design, delivery, and assessment.
