Book Description: A group of Algonquin College School of Business and Hospitality faculty partnered with industry co-mentors and sent themselves on work placement. For some, it had been a decade since they had been actively working in their field. They job shadowed in a restaurant, a paralegal firm, an industrial cleaning company, a body care product manufacturer, and more. These are the stories of their observations, reflections, and the course development upgrades resulting from these relationships.
