Adding the Quiz to your LMS
You can use the Digital Skills Quiz on this site or you can add it to your LMS. The advantage of adding the quiz to your LMS is that users can save their work and instructors can see when learners have done the quiz.
You can add the quiz to your LMS (Learning Management System: Moodle, D2L, Blackboard, Canvas, Google Classroom) using two methods.
You can embed the quiz into any LMS.
- Go to the quiz and look in the bottom left corner.
- Click on the word Embed. A window will pop up with the embed code.
- Copy that code and use it to embed the quiz into a page or label in your LMS.
- The default code looks like this

- You can change how the quiz will resize as the screen is resized by the user by clicking +Show advanced and choosing the dynamic sizing code.
You can add the quiz as an activity if H5P has been installed in your LMS.
If H5P has been integrated into your LMS via LTI, you can download the quiz and add it via the “add an activity” feature in your LMS.
- Go to the quiz and look in the bottom left corner.
- Click on the word Reuse. A download menu will pop open.
- Choose Download as an .h5p file.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Upload the file as an H5P activity in your LMS.
