SimX Trouble Shooting

If you run into issues when using the SimX application, please try the following:

• Clear Cache
• Switch server to USA or Europe
• Check Internet Speed (https://www.speedtest.net/)
• Ensure application is up to date with latest version
• Ensure no more than 4 users at a time
