Learning outcomes
Upon completion of this module, learners will be expected to be able to:
- Understand the steps needed to take in converting a regular volunteer role into a virtual volunteer role.
- Learn new ways of communicating, training, orientating, supervising, evaluating and recognizing virtual volunteers.
- Discover ways to market and engage virtual volunteers from corporate groups, families and employee volunteers.
