We encourage you to use this tool as a means of gauging both your personal and professional development.

  1. Why do you think ensuring volunteer engagement in many organizations falls to the Manager of Volunteer Resources and few others?
  2. Outline and consider how the Code and taking steps to implement the Code could create a more integrated approach in such an organization.
