• List opportunities and challenges for non-profit organizations who engage Employer supported volunteers.
• Identify trends and activities related to employer-supported volunteering.
• Discuss the concepts of transactional relationships vs. partnerships in the context of employer-supported volunteering.
• Understand the purpose of the Canadian Code for Employer-Supported Volunteering.
• List 3 elements that can support successful group volunteering events.
