To avoid any problems with equipment, internet browsers, or internet speed, please ensure you meet the system requirements below:

Chrome is the recommended browser for students taking an exam. If students use another browser, they may encounter some compatibility issues. Here is a list of the minimum system requirements:

The latest version (unless you’ve disabled automatic updates, it should be up to date already).
Permission to install browser extensions and grant access to your webcam and microphone

A stable and reliable connection with a minimum upload speed of 0.24Mbps

The webcam can be built-in or external
A minimum resolution of 640×480 pixels
