LD0 Development: Behind the Scenes

This chapter is private to you—meaning that folks who visit your ePortfolio link won’t see anything in this part. 

This Part is designed for you to keep a repository of all of the hard work you have put toward your leadership development in LD0. As we all know, sometimes leadership development work requires us to be vulnerable, such as seeing the results of our Leadership Report, and we don’t want to share that “raw” experience with the entire internet. But you don’t want to lose this information either—it might be helpful for you to reflect on when creating the “Main Stage” of your ePortfolio.

To meet this need, use this Part to add in any artifacts that speak to your leadership development journey in LD0. This could be reflections on workshops, journals about a leadership experience, or an essay you wrote about a leader in another class.

You will notice that there are already two chapters in this part:

• LD0 Leadership Report
• LD0 Leadership Development Plan (LDP)
• LD0 Workshop Reflections
• LD0 Leadership Journals

You must include these items in this section. Everything else you choose to include in this section is entirely up to you. What LD0 assignments and workshops did you find to be most impactful? What work in other courses has impacted who you are as a leader today?
