Acknowledgments
Acknowledgment is made to the Canadian Association of Social Work Education (CASWE-ACFTS) for a one-time grant from the Queer Caucus, which supported the production of this open educational resource designed to integrate 2SLGBTQ+ data literacy content into Social Work education in Canada and promote anti-homophobic and anti-transphobic education. Appreciation is also extended to Holly Patterson (MSW student, University of Windsor) for dedicated assistance and enthusiasm, and to the University of Windsor for providing funding through a SSHRC Exchange Grant for Knowledge Mobilization.
This resource is a starting point and a living document. It will be updated regularly—drawing on new research, emerging data, and the knowledge of 2SLGBTQ+ communities—to keep the content accurate and relevant. The goal is to provide social work educators with accessible tools to strengthen inclusive, evidence-informed teaching and practice with 2SLGBTQ+ people.
