5 Drawing Shapes: Arcs

Go to the Sketch tab, and click on the arc icon. Choose the Tangent Point Arc from the dropdown menu.

Click to set a start point. Then click to set an endpoint.

Use the trim entities features and select the power trim option to combine the two shapes together.
