COVID-19

Students have been advised that to date, almost all agency partners require students be fully vaccinated and sometimes even require a booster shoot to attend field placement.

Students are to follow agency protocols regarding wearing PPE, testing protocols and procedures for returning to placement should they get COVID 19.

Students who contract COVID 19 will be treated as if it were any other illness. The student will be expected to take the lead and work with their supervisor on a plan to make up the lost hours before the end of placement. Or if the agency is agreeable, an extension will be granted to the student to complete their required hours.
