Professional Code of Conduct
Students are expected to consider their attendance at clinical placements in the same manner that they would a job. A clinical placement faculty who notes a repeated pattern of absenteeism, tardiness or poor professionalism will refer the student to the program coordinator.
We view our nurses’ lab identical to clinical agencies. Therefore, we expect students to handle equipment and resources and behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times when in the nurses’ lab. Further, a student may not record or photograph any activities within the lab without prior authorization.
