What are Microsoft Forms?

Microsoft Forms is an online survey and quiz tool that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications. It enables users to create, distribute, and analyze forms, surveys, quizzes, and polls with ease.

Delivery:

MS Forms can be embedded or shared with a link and/or QR code.

Reporting:

Responses to Forms can be viewed directly in MS Forms by all collaborators. Additionally, you can link MS Forms to a Microsoft Team, enabling team members to access an up-to-date Excel spreadsheet of the Form responses.

Considerations:

The RRT can assist with the first steps of creating your MS Forms and will then pass this along to the user for feedback. After this stage, your Form will be duplicated and handed over to the final user, to ensure that all responses can be viewed from the correct Microsoft account.
