What is H5P?

H5P is an open-source content collaboration framework that enables the creation, sharing, and reuse of interactive HTML5 content. H5P stands for “HTML5 Package.” It provides a wide range of content types and applications, which can be integrated into various learning management systems (LMS) or websites. Here are some key features and uses of H5P:

• Interactive Content: H5P allows the creation of interactive content like quizzes, interactive videos, presentations, games, and more.
• Ease of Use: It offers a user-friendly interface that makes it accessible for educators, designers, and content creators with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Reusable Content: Content created with H5P can be reused and modified, promoting collaboration and sharing among educators and developers.

H5P content can be embedded in websites and MyCanvas. Assets can also be shared as links.

Reporting

Through the recent integration of H5P in MyCanvas, we are now able to link H5P assets to gradebook.
