SCF-HOQAS concordance table

While the HOQAS review reports and process tracking information gave an approximate indication of the version or instance of a course under review, a concordance table was built by a former HOQAS coordinator to provide a more reliable link between the SCF survey data and the review reports. This concordance table contained each review identification number and the most likely term, course, and section(s) that would correspond to version of the course that had been reviewed. As this was a subjective process and was based on the prior experience of the HOQAS coordinator, a reliability scale of the certainty of the association was also included (1 to 5, 5 being almost certain). When considering the information presented in the analysis and findings, only entries that were rated as a 4 or 5 on the reliability scale were included for analysis.
