Semi-structured interviews with stakeholders

23 semi-structured interviews were conducted with the main stake holder groups, a total of 16h 18m of audio was recorded, with an average of 42 minutes per interview. Members from three stakeholder groups were interviewed:

• 6 non-teaching staff, comprised of HOQAS/QM reviewers, HOQAS coordinators, and curriculum consultants
• 4 members of institutional leadership
• 13 faculty members who had at least one course included in the HOQAS review process

For the above list, interview participants were categorized as the group to which they primarily belonged, though there was some overlap noted between non-teaching staff and faculty members. Thematic analysis of the semi-structured interviews was conducted, with the emergent themes being noted and summarized.
