Goal 1: Improve Time Management and Study Habits

Specific: I will enhance my time management skills by creating a weekly study schedule and sticking to it, ensuring I allocate dedicated study time for each nursing course.
Measurable: I will track my progress weekly by logging study hours and evaluating my ability to complete assignments on time.
Achievable: I will dedicate 10 hours per week for study, broken down into two-hour blocks.
Relevant: As a nursing student, time management is essential to ensure academic success and reduce stress.
Time-bound: I will evaluate my progress at the end of each month and adjust my schedule if needed to ensure I meet all course deadlines and maintain a balanced workload.

Goal 2: Increase Participation in Campus Activities

Specific: I will engage in at least one extracurricular activity per semester to foster social connections and enhance my sense of belonging on campus.
Measurable: I will attend a minimum of two campus events or meetings per month.
Achievable: I will choose events related to my interests and availability.
Relevant: Building a support network is crucial for mental well-being, especially as an international student balancing academic and social demands.
Time-bound: By the end of the semester (April 2025), I will have attended at least eight campus events or meetings, creating meaningful connections with peers.
