Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar supports the implementation and maintenance of internal and external program pathways. The Pathways Coordinator is the primary liaison with the Office of the Registrar.
Responsibilities
- Advise on application, admission, and program progression for internal and external program pathways (where Fanshawe is the receiving institution)
- Record and apply internal and external transfer credits to students’ records
- Enter and update information regarding internal and external program pathways in the ONTransfer database (responsible for external pathway information only when Fanshawe is receiving institution)
- Approve internal and external program pathway information entered in Fanshawe’s Pathways Search Tool by the Pathways Coordinator
