Quality Partnerships
Quality Partnerships, within the Centre for Academic Excellence, is the central point of contact for the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external program pathways, and support Academic Schools throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Support Schools in the development of program pathways (e.g., feasibility assessment, curriculum mapping)
- Support Schools in the implementation of program pathways (e.g., articulation agreement template; promotion via events, databases and digital platforms)
- Manage the maintenance, tracking, and reporting of program pathways (e.g., agreement repository, pathway review and renewal, reporting to internal and external stakeholders)
- Develop School resources (e.g., Program Pathways handbook, templates)
- Manage the Pathways Scholarships
- Develop knowledge mobilization plans to communicate and promote pathways among internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Fanshawe Pathways Fairs, Open Houses, student orientations, marketing resources, digital platforms)
Pathways Coordinator, Quality Partnerships
The Pathways Coordinator works directly with Academic Schools to advise on, coordinate, and facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external program pathways and acts as the main liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop program pathways by identifying, recommending and/or advising on new pathway opportunities, liaising with partner institutions, and assisting Schools in completing a feasibility assessment, a work plan, and a curriculum map
- Implement program pathways by preparing and/or reviewing pathway agreements, managing the internal and external approval process, ensuring all stakeholders receive notification of approved pathways, updating Fanshawe’s Pathways website and Pathways Search Tool, and promoting pathways
- Maintain program pathways by supporting Schools in the review and renewal of pathways, liaising with partner institutions, and maintaining the articulation agreement repository and institution contact list
Curriculum Consultants, Centre for Academic Excellence
Curriculum Consultants support the development and maintenance of program pathways by assisting the Academic Schools with curriculum mapping.
Responsibilities
- Assist subject matter experts with curriculum mapping for new internal and external program pathways
- Assist subject matter experts with curriculum mapping for maintenance and renewal of internal and external program pathways
