Withdrawal from the College

Students may choose to withdraw from the College for various reasons. The impact on their academic record depends on the timing of the withdrawal:

  • All courses will be removed from the student’s transcript.
  • No academic penalty will be applied.
  • Student may be eligible for a financial refund.

Withdrawal After the First 10 Days but Within 10 Weeks

  • Students will receive a “W” (Withdrawn) grade for all courses.
  • This notation indicates withdrawal without academic penalty.

Withdrawal After 10 Weeks or Without Official Notification

  • Students will receive the grades earned in each course on their transcript.
  • Failure to complete the Official Withdrawal Form may result in academic penalties.

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the withdrawal process.
