Student feedback plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of the Practical Nursing program. It helps ensure that the program continues to produce highly trained, competent professionals and supports curriculum development, faculty performance, and service quality.

What Is Evaluated
Feedback is collected on:
- Didactic (classroom) training – by semester
- Clinical training – by semester
- Overall program experience – post-graduation
- College services – including the library, bookstore, and counseling services
How Feedback Is Collected
- Student Feedback on Teaching (college-wide online surveys)
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Surveys (provincial)
- Program-specific evaluations (courses, clinical placements, guest speakers)
- Graduate Employment Survey (conducted 6 months after graduation)
