Official Communication Channel: Mohawk College Email
Your Mohawk College email (e.g., Mary Smyth – mary.smyth@mohawkcollege.ca) is the primary and official method of communication for all academic matters.

  • All communication with faculty and staff must be conducted through your Mohawk College email account. Emails sent from personal accounts may not receive a response.
  • You are responsible for regularly checking and responding to emails from faculty and staff.
  • Please also check MyMohawk and MyCanvas frequently and respond to any requests as needed.
  • Refer to the Student Behaviour Policy for more details.

Note: Communication via other methods (e.g., text messages) is not acceptable for academic matters. Faculty and staff will not use text messaging for official communication.


MyCanvas
This is your central hub for all course-related activities and communication with faculty.

MyMohawk
Use this portal to access your final grades, tuition invoices, and class schedules.

Preplacement Services
This service verifies your eligibility to enter practice settings.
More information is available on the Preplacement Services website.

Course Timetable
Professional Practice may be scheduled any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.

Important dates such as program start/end dates, holidays, and course add/drop or withdrawal deadlines can be found on the Academic and Important Dates website.
