Peer Feedback
It is important for each student’s professional growth that you receive feedback on your practicum performance from multiple sources. It is also part of each nurse’s professional role under the College of Nurses to provide peer feedback to others. Practice this skill by offering feedback to your peer.
Try using these prompters when giving feedback. Submit one copy to teacher and one copy to your peer for their portfolios binders. Use this page as a template for your assignment. You should also give clinical examples to support your comments on their performance.
