Data Analysis

  1. Show some example frames from the video you took; preferably from a frame early in the time sequence, and one much later.
  2. Show those same examples from the previous step with a Gaussian fit to the concentration data.
  3. Generate a plot of the width of the Gaussian VS time.  You don’t need to use every frame from your video.  Keep in mind that you’ll have three fit parameters, so make sure you have enough data. Determine the diffusion coefficient with its uncertainty by fitting your data with Equation 6.
  4. Calculate the expected diffusion coefficient from Equation (4) and compare with your experiment results.
