Charge to Mass Ratio

Add To Your Report

  1. Present a plot of current and radius measurements for each accelerating voltage. Use the slope to calculate e/m, with its uncertainty, for each accelerating voltage.
  2. Plot e/m as a function of accelerating voltage. Determine the slope and its uncertainty and compare to the expected value of the slope if  the electron value of e/m is independent of the accelerating voltage used.
