By the fourth week of the Winter 2025 semester, I will develop and implement a patient-centred care plan for a resident focused on pressure ulcer prevention. To achieve this, I will assess the resident’s pressure ulcer risk factor and consult with my instructor to ensure my care plan aligns with best practice standards and incorporate regular skin assessments, repositioning schedules, and nutrition requirements. I will evaluate the effectiveness weekly and make adjustments based on areas for improvement.

By the end of Semester 2 of Winter 2025, I will remain on the Dean’s Honour Roll by maintaining an overall average above 80% in all four of my courses through strategically studying, time management, and organization.
