New Book Set-up Checklist

Once the book has been created, the following will be done:

• ☐ Set the theme.
  • For business textbooks, choose Malala
  • For others, Jacobs
  • Set webbook width to wide
  • Uncheck “Display part and chapter numbers”
  • Check “Show linked images in a lightbox”
• ☐ Standard CSS coding
• ☐ Set the colour palette as directed by the faculty
• ☐ Add in any metadata
• ☐ Add the Acknowledgements, About this Book, and Navigation pages to the front matter.
• ☐ Add in the version history, custom code page, and reference page to the back matter.
