1 My Philosophy

I believe that every patient deserves the best outcome and treatment as possible and should be included in their own care plan. I believe that every patient should be treated with respect, kindness, and compassion regardless of age, religion, culture, race, ethnicity, and gender. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves trust and respect right away and that it should not need to be earned but, shown how to use these traits appropriately. I believe that nurses should be advocates to help improve patient care and equality for the public.
