Hello and welcome to my nursing portfolio! My name is Caroline Sugrim and I am from Bradford, Ontario but moved to Peterborough, Ontario to attend Trent University in the collaborative nursing program. I am 22 years old and have recently graduated from Durham College in the pre-health sciences program. I have also graduated from Algonquin College in the early childhood education in 2023. The purpose of my portfolio is to share my beliefs and personal values, establish my SMART goals for the next (winter) semester, and showcase artifacts that recognize my achievements that led me to pursue a career in nursing.
