This virtual simulation will help nurses demonstrate the ability to assesses, mitigate, prevent frailty among persons living in long-term care settings (LTC). There are 3 roles within this virtual simulation. Roles include an experienced nurse, novice nurse, and the LTC client. You will play the role of the nurse in the virtual simulation.

You will watch four difference videos. After each video, you will be presented with various questions requiring you to select the most appropriate nursing action. If you select the correct or best option, the video will proceed to the next decision point. Should you make an incorrect or suboptimal choice, you will have an opportunity to choose again.

To ensure an optimal experience during the virtual gaming simulation, we recommend using high-speed internet and either Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser to minimize delays. Additionally, you have the option to pause the game at any time to thoroughly review the information provided in the simulation videos
