Touch This Page!  Making Sense of the Ways We Read

This website describes and demonstrates an “exhibition on multisensory experiences of reading”, which is discussed in this section.  The exhibit consists of 3D replicas from historical books (1830-1910) that were developed and printed for blind and low-vision readers. The archive of these materials are housed at the Samuel P. Hayes Research Library at the Perkins School for the Blind.
