SMART Goals

Short term and Long term goals for Semester 2.

SMART Goal 1

I will improve my computer skills competency to work towards proficiency by practicing on PowerPoint and Word and using academic skills resources. I will commit to practicing 90 minutes a week to reduce the amount of difficulty in navigating technology-based assignments which in turn will require less guidance and time for each assignment. I will attain this goal by 15 April 2025.

SMART Goal 2

I will improve my ability in critical thinking and applied knowledge in preparation for nursing exams by practicing NCLEX type questions for 1 hour a week in Simply Nursing and U World. I will refresh my memory, sharpen my reasoning, and have improved confidence alongside an improved grade compared to Semester 1 exams in both the Advanced Life Sciences and Human Physiology exams by 15 February 2024.
