What is statistics? What does the word statistics mean to you? You may say that statistics is about data or numbers or about surveys and percentages. In reality, statistics is about us!

How would you explain the importance of statistics to the general public? What platform would you use? What images would you use?

This book is a collection of images that were created by students of George Brown College, Toronto, taking Introductory Statistics elective course.

This course introduce students to main statistical concepts and how they are used in different areas of our life.  As part of the learning experience students are asked to create visual representation of a statistical concept of their choice.

Note: Adobe Creative Cloud Express, formerly Adobe Spark, a free media creation tool, was introduced as a tool for creating images. But students were free to use the technology they were comfortable with.
