This course was nothing like I expected it to be. I anticipated it being a course about examples of social movements, and it was more about theories of social movements, with examples only used to support theoretical arguments. I don’t feel that I completed any particularly notable assignments in this course, as it was mostly take-home exam and participation based. I enjoyed the content, but did not find it ideologically challenging.
