Help When You Need It and How You Want It!
While you are free to review this chapter at any time, it is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of help.
While the Library is not staffed 24/7, many of its resources are available for you 24/7.
Key Resources
While we used a multi-disciplinary database for this generic search, there are databases targeted specifically for health. Depending on your research need, one (or more!) of these will be your go-to resource. You will use the same search strategies highlighted previously to search any of these databases.
Your tailored Research Guide on the Library’s website is full of key resources for each potential area of your program you pursue. Bookmark it!
Another popular guide is our APA guide. To ensure you are citing your research properly, make sure to review. Did you know? Most of the college switched to the 7th edition of APA this fall. Make sure to confirm if your program switched or if your instructors still prefer the 6th edition.
Check out all the guides that support student success.
More valuable than any of these resources is our awesome staff of Library Technicians and Librarians! We are here to help. Contact us according to your preference and information need. Library Technicians assist with those quick reference and citing needs. For more in-depth research assistance, contact your Librarian, found on your Research Guide.
