In order to be successful in Professional Practice 1 and 2

Students must complete the following:

• Complete all of your required hours in clinical placement totalling 248 hours
  • 80 hours required for Professional Practice 1
  • 168 hours required for Professional Practice 2
• Complete all Schedule Verification Forms and updates
• Submit your signed Midterm and Final evaluations
• On your Final evaluation, you must have completed all essential skills and you must achieve all the key characteristics (preceptor must answer yes)
• Submit initialed and signed Schedule Verification Form as proof that you completed the total number of hours

Note: The Professional Practice 1 and 2 course is a PASS or FAIL course not a percentage grade course.
