Field Placement Reviews

During Field Placement, the student and Field Placement mentor review the placement at midterm (half way point of the placement) and final (last day of placement) by completing an online review.

This provides an opportunity to reflect, review, and communicate about how the placement is progressing and next steps for the second half of placement.  The reviews are based from the Learning Outcomes Feedback Form.

How the Process Works

The student receives the review link by email prior to the midterm and final point of placement.  The student is required to complete their portion of the review one week prior to the due date to allow time for the Field Placement mentor to complete their portion of the review.

Once the student submits their review, it will automatically email you a copy as the student is to enter the mentor email address within their portion of the review. When you receive the email with the completed student review, you will find a link within this email for you, the mentor, to complete your portion of the review.  All completed reviews are received by the student, Field Placement Mentor, and Field Placement Specialist.

Issues / Questions

If you do not receive an email with the student review and link to complete your portion of the review, please connect with your Field Placement Specialist.  Sometimes there is a typo when the student enters your email address or there could be a technical glitch we can assist with.
