Field Placement Coordinator (FPC)

Field Placement Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Ensure students meet the academic requirements to register in the field placement program.
• Collaborate with FPS and Seminar Faculty to discuss complex problems occurring at placement to assist with problem solving and student success
• Work in partnership with the FPS to develop and oversee student success contracts for students who are required to demonstrate improvement in their field placement
• Participate in student success meetings with students in danger of failing to review student responsibilities and behaviours that must be demonstrated in order to meet learning outcomes.
• Participate in field placement termination meeting with the student and FPS.
