You have now completed Understanding and Recognizing Microaggressions lesson! In this lesson, we have explored in depth how we can understand, recognize and react to microaggressions in the workplace. We learned how there are many different ways that microaggressions can present themselves, and therefore we must be adaptable and aware in how we engage and react when these microaggressions occur.

By developing tools and strategies for recognizing and engaging with microaggressions in the workplace, we can begin to contribute to making our workplaces safer and more inclusive places for everyone.
