- A square or rectangular shape.
- quadriplegia (kwŏd-rĭ-PLĒ-jē-ă):
- Paralysis of four (limbs). Affects both arms, both legs and sometimes from the neck down.
- quickening (KWĬK-ĕn-ĭng):
- First feeling of movement of the fetus in utero by the pregnant woman.
