Transportation
Students are responsible for getting themselves to campus from wherever they reside. Mohawk College does not provide assistance, coordination or funding for transportation to campus. Students are expected to get themselves to/from transportation and the CICE program space in the J Wing independently. Please speak with your program staff as we are happy to connect you with more resources about OSAP funding, Hamilton Transit Services or services that may be available in your area.
HSR Bus PassAll full-time students receive a HSR bus pass voucher that can be used on a new or current Presto Pass. This information will be sent to your Mohawk College email account after you register. This pass allows you to take the HSR (Hamilton) buses for free. It is valid for each semester you are enrolled in. Setting up Presto Account (Videos included for new and existing Presto users) You’ll need to log back into your account each semester and load a new voucher. DARTSHamilton has an accessible transportation service called DARTS. When creating your profile, connect with the service to ensure that a “Do Not Leave Unattended” note has not been applied to your file. Students are responsible for navigating from transportation to the classroom space independently.
