Madison's Nursing Artifacts
- Madison’s Updated Nursing (RPN) Resume: This resume has been updated based off of my current nursing experience as an RPN in mental health.
2. Madison’s Progression Badges: These three badges show the progression from being a student in clinical placement, consolidating student, and RPN on the unit that I completed my consolidation on.
3. Practical Nursing Diploma: This diploma was obtained after the completion of Fleming College’s Practical Nursing program in June 2024.
4. BLS – HCP: This certificate was obtained as a requirement to gain employment as a Registered Practical Nurse at my place of work. I attended a 3 hour in-person class. This certificate is also required as a part of Trent BScN’s Non-Academic Requirements.
5. OSSD – With Red Seal: Completed high school diploma and the health and wellness high skills major. I knew I wanted to go into nursing in high school, so completing this SHSM helped me gain health knowledge.
