SMART Goals

SMART Goals are:

Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely

  1. I will go on daily, 10-minute walks and practice the box breathing technique to relieve stress and anxiety. I would like to implement this practice into my daily routine by February 1st, 2025.
  2. I will achieve an average grade of 85% for my courses in the winter semester by April 23rd.
