Working as a Teaching Assistant
Before you start work
McMaster’s Human Resources department needs certain documents from you to complete your hiring as a TA, and to make sure you get paid for your work.
Consult this page and scroll down to Payroll Forms to find a list of necessary documents.
For each document, save the file using this filename convention: Surname – Given Name – Document Type (for example: Smith Jane – Direct Deposit Form).
Then upload each document to this link:
Upload these documents by Tuesday, September 5 to ensure you receive your first pay. If you miss the first pay period, your hours from that period will be paid in the second pay period.
