Chapter 2: Endocrine System

A mail service company delivers thousands of letters and packages each day to specific addresses, ensuring they reach their intended recipients. Similarly, the endocrine system transports hormones throughout the body, delivering messages that regulate processes and maintain balance within the internal environment. while its delivery is slower than instant communication methods like text messages or emails, the endocrine system ensures that each message reaches its target and produces the desired effect.
