When navigating this manual there will be an array of images, interactive activities, and plugins to some of our favourite anatomical resources. When viewing the interactive activities and plugins we recommend viewing them in full screen as this option will be available in the top right corner of each activity/plugin.

The basis of organization in this manual is to provide a framework of anatomy based on building concepts. Therefore, we recommend reading the manual from start to finish as concepts discussed in early chapters will be necessary for later chapters.
