About Me
Hi! I’m Mia! Mia Thompson. I am a fourth-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in International Business at Conestoga College. I started an online business called Handcrafted Harmony, importing locally crafted jewellery made by women in Quito, Ecuador. I also work part-time at a local café in Cambridge, Ontario. I am looking forward to securing a full-time job once I graduate. I am also thinking about doing an MBA.

About Me
Hi! I’m Ade, Ade Adebayo. I moved to Waterloo, Ontario, from Ife, Nigeria, 18 months ago. I have a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. Before moving to Canada, I worked as an Operations Specialist for Ikeja Electric PLC for 4 years. I hope to get into the renewable energy field, so I am taking the Applied Energy Management Program at Conestoga College. I am one semester away from graduating.
Throughout this textbook, we will check in with Mia and Ade as they navigate their career paths.
