My goal for this leadership portfolio is to reflect on my own personal growth and journey and be able to reflect and learn from my experiences. I hope to better understand myself, to be able to reflect more deeply on why I have the values that I have, and how this connects to how I am as a leader. Through this I can better understand myself, others, and what I can do to be a better leader.

From my portfolio, I hope others can reflect on their own leadership journeys, and realize that they aren’t alone in their experiences. I hope this portfolio will help them learn and reflect on themselves, and that they may see themselves in certain experiences that I have also gone through.
