Students will develop supervisory and management skills, with an emphasis on:

  • Operations planning
  • Strategy

  • Risk management
  • Project management
  • Quality assurance

This comprehensive program equips graduates to manage operations in organizations of various sizes and complexities.

Pathway Opportunity

The Operations Management (OPM) and Supply Chain Management – Logistics (SCM) Graduate Certificate Programs share a common Level-1 semester. This structure enables SCM students to earn dual credentials by completing Level 2 of the OPM Program. Alternatively, students can transfer their Level-1 credits from the OPM Program to the SCM Program, earning a second credential.
